With nearly two decades of experience managing over 100 small, medium, and large-scale construction projects, Akhaze is an expert in quantity surveying, project management, and development consulting. His extensive knowledge of the industry has enabled him to help clients and employers make informed decisions, minimize project costs, reduce timelines, and achieve successful project outcomes.
In addition to his construction expertise, Akhaze has spent the last 24 years teaching, coaching, and mentoring children, teenagers, youths, singles, and married couples, helping them make informed decisions about personal development, career, finance, relationship, and marriage. His natural gifts of counselling, teaching, and encouragement have transformed the lives of many individuals, making them more focused, proficient, and successful in diverse facets of life.

Akhaze holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and is a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).
He is also a registered member of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) and a graduate of the College of Marital Success, Lagos.
